If we have spoken to you and discussed the nature of the emergency, we will endeavour to get to you as rapidly as possible. Maximum response time is 1 hour, depending on our location relative to you. 
ANSWER - We do not charge a callout fee. However, before we arrive, we will need to agree a price for the first hour. Agreeing the first hour confirms the job and our estimated arrival time. 
ANSWER -We will provide you with a free, no-obligation estimate on the works needed once we have assessed the nature of the emergency. 
ANSWER - No problem. Our design team will visit your home, measure up and collect all the information required to assemble a design suggestion for you. 
ANSWER - If you decide not to proceed with your project or engage us to carry out the work, we will not charge you for the initial design and site visit. However, we will need to discuss a price if you require alterations to the initial design. 
ANSWER - No worries; we want this to be a collaborative process so that we can create something you are happy with. That said, please note that we must recognise certain design principles. Naturally, we will advise you of these when discussing the design. The initial design is free; however, for additional alterations, we will need to agree on a price or confirm a date and deposit for the complete job. 
ANSWER - Our bathrooms start from £8k and our Kitchens from £12k; this is because there is a certain standard of work and materials we use that we will not fall below. For this reason, we have a starting price to reflect this non-negotiable compromise on quality. However, as you know, the sky is not the limit regarding bathroom and Kitchen fixtures, fittings and materials. Therefore, we can guarantee a higher quality finish with a bigger budget. That said, our craft will be of a high quality regardless of your budget. 
ANSWER - It generally takes about 30 minutes to measure your room and discuss your options and what you would like. 
ANSWER - We will always reconnect the toilet when we finish the day so you can use it. However, you will unlikely be able to shower or bath. 
ANSWER - Once our initial estimate has become a quote of work, the figure will only change if unforeseen or additional works are added. The invoice will itemise the labour and materials costs separately. 
ANSWER - We use subcontractors for all our work that requires a Gas Safe Registered engineer. We can provide the credentials of the engineer visiting your property upon request. 
ANSWER - Yes, of course. If you have a particular radiator in mind, order the item and book us in to fit it upon delivery. 
ANSWER - We will endeavour to minimise how long your property is without heating and hot water. For a single radiator, we estimate a maximum of a single working day.

ANSWER - Simply put, an Unvented Cylinder is a modern and more energy-efficient design. For more information, check the following link. 
ANSWER - All hot water Cylinders must be serviced annually by a G3 licensed engineer. Without an annual service, your hot water cylinder will become progressively inefficient, you will void your manufacturer's guarantee, and, in a worst-case scenario, it could explode. 
ANSWER - Once you have agreed to work with us, depending on the job size, we will either charge upon completion or arrange an initial deposit with you to secure the start date and materials. 
ANSWER - We accept Cash, Visa, AMEX, Google Pay, Apply Pay and Mastercard. 
ANSWER - All work has a guarantee for 12 months. If the problem is due to faulty fittings or materials, we will arrange to replace them under the manufacturer's warranty.
